Position Levels
- Entry-Level Engineer

- Mid-Level Engineer
Take the lead in design projects, manage installation processes, and implement innovative solutions for complex systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate system reliability and performance.
Drive strategic initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and oversee large-scale wire design and installation projects. Innovate at the forefront of aerospace and advanced technology, leading teams to deliver excellence on mission-critical programs.
What You'll Do
At all levels, you'll engage in key tasks such as:
- Designing wire harness systems for advanced aerospace and technology platforms.
- Developing schematics, wiring diagrams, and installation drawings.
- Conducting performance analyses to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
- Collaborating with electrical, structural, and systems engineering teams.
- Leveraging cutting-edge tools and software for system integration and design optimization.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Supporting production and installation teams to resolve technical challenges.
For Senior Engineers, additional responsibilities include:
- Leading design reviews and ensuring seamless project execution.

- Acting as the technical authority in wire design innovation.
What We’re Looking For
Entry-Level Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, AutoCAD) and electrical design tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
Mid-Level Engineer:
- 4–6 years of experience in wire harness design and installation.
- Expertise in advanced CAD systems and wire design software.
- Experience with aerospace, defense, or complex technical systems.
Senior Engineer:
- 8+ years of relevant experience with leadership roles in large-scale projects.
- Advanced knowledge of regulatory compliance in aerospace or defense industries.
